OK, audience research, broadly speaking, just to set the baseline, means we're trying to
understand a group of people who they are, right, demographics, what they like and hate
psychographics, how they behave behavioral data.
This is in order to like we don't just want it for its own sake.
Information without a use case.
I don't love it.
It's so that you can make products and services people will actually want.
Right.
So we we try and understand people so that we can make better products for them, better
services for them and improve how we reach them, right, where we reach them, with what
messages we reach them, how we reach them.
